Matching the the number of bed and baths, the square footage & lot size, and even the year built, will give me a clear picture to pricing your house accurately. With regard to pricing your home for sale, although we can’t control the Market, there are things that we can control and that’s the condition of your property including the availability to present your home to buyers. Not only does the Market determine the value of your home, the condition will also. Condition, features, amenities help set the best possible price of your house. To help determine the best price, consider minor aspects of your home that can be updated, such as replacing carpeting or repairing plumbing issues. Sometimes just to even get buyers inside your home, you may even choose to improve your home’s landscaping for visual appeal. Hiring an Appraiser to appraise your home is a suggestion, yet not a requirement.
